Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Stocking Associate to join our team. As a Stocking Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store shelves are well-stocked and organized for our customers. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Duties:
- Receive and unload merchandise from delivery trucks
- Sort and organize products in the stockroom
- Stock shelves and displays with new merchandise
- Ensure accurate inventory control by conducting regular stock checks
- Assist customers with locating products and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stockroom and sales floor
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Experience:
- Previous experience in inventory control or retail sales is preferred
- Ability to load and unload heavy items safely
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Basic math skills for retail transactions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Sales experience is beneficial
